Location: • Located right in the city center of Ludwigshafen, with a wide range of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity • 250 m from Berliner Platz (central point for trams and buses) • Close to BASF (Gates 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 can be reached directly via tram line 7) • Close to Abbvie (approx.. 800 m, also tram line 6) • Close to Mannheim city center (one tram station to Mannheim HBF) • Five-minute walk to the Rhein-Galerie shopping center and the Rhine • Parking spaces can be rented daily / monthly in the underground car park opposite to the building Others: The Price is a monthly rent (Basis 1-2 people), The rent is a flat rate and includes the costs for electricity, water, heating, TV cable connection (over 170 channels), WLAN Internet connection and radio fees. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
