Location: • Located right in the city center of Ludwigshafen, with a wide range of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity • 250 m from Berliner Platz (central point for trams and buses) • Close to BASF (Gates 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 can be reached directly via tram line 7) • Close to Abbvie (approx.. 800 m, also tram line 6) • Close to Mannheim city center (one tram station to Mannheim HBF) • Five-minute walk to the Rhein-Galerie shopping center and the Rhine • Parking spaces can be rented daily / monthly in the underground car park opposite to the building Others: The Price is a monthly rent (Basis 1-2 people), The rent is a flat rate and includes the costs for electricity, water, heating, TV cable connection (over 170 channels), WLAN Internet connection and radio fees.
